| Handmade All our products are hand crafted, therefore, there will be slight variations in the color of stones, the gram weights, in silver and stones and the number of pieces available for sale at any time. When quantities have been sold, there can be no further orders accepted. Payments Jewels by N will accept payments through our secure online ordering system. Returns Direct contact via phone must be made with Jewels by N personnel before returning an item, so that a return authorization number can be obtained. Returns must be made within 10 days of order delivery. The items returned must be in the state in which they were delivered. Packing materials used in the return must be the same as those used in the original shipment. Return shipping is at the purchaser's cost. Shipping Street addresses must be used. No post box addresses will be accepted. Shipments will be made within one week of order reception unless the purchaser is otherwise informed. No international shipping is available. We use US Mail or UPS. Shipments prior to and including national or religious holidays will take approximately 3 days longer due to work interruptions and heavy shipping traffic. Repairs Direct contact via phone must be made with Jewels by N in order to decide whether a repair is possible.
